Getting fit and having fun are one in the same when you combine themed lessons, great music, and dynamic fitness programming, with a firm foundation in education and exercise science. Our kids programming is as limitless as our imaginations, which we use these to make fitness fun, building healthy habits for life.

How is our program different?

- Movements chosen are associated with Activities of Daily Living which promote multilateral development to build better health and wellness for stronger, healthier, kids.
- Lessons incorporate all components of physical fitness including: cardio vascular health, muscular strength and endurance, agility, flexibility, and balance.
- We focus on fun, overall health, and fitness, setting the foundation for exercise enjoyment and long-term healthy habits.
- Classes are inclusive and cooperative, promoting teamwork and partnership.
- We bring the program to you. You provide the space. We provide the lessons, music, and equipment.
